Dual Function Flat Drip Irrigation Tape Production Line
(PC&Non PC Drippers)

This machine line is for manufacturing Flat Drip Irrigation Tape, which can produce thin wall thickness(0.15-0.6mm) Non-PC dripper tape and thick wall thickness (0.6-1.2mm) PC dripper tape at the same line. The highest production speed is 260m/min and 80m/min for Non-PC and PC dripper. The dual function machine line is a new technical break through, which greatly meet the needs of customers to produce a variety of products in one production line.

Machine Composition

1.Dual Dripper Sorting and Conveying Device

• Two sets dripper sorting devices and special design dual drippers transportation guides
• Automatic feeding system to ensure the sufficient drippers while high speed sorting.
• Automatically reject the reversed drippers;
• Servo Motor Driven for dripper transporting;
• High Precision and accurate dripper inserting.

2. High Output PE Extruder

• Main extruder using big L/D ratio screw with special design structure, to have a better plasticizing effect.  
• Rexroth brand frequency converter; Schneider brand for low voltage electric elements like AC contactor, circuit breaker etc;  
• The electric cabinet can be made by CE production standard with better safety protection
• Using plug type cable connection, very easy and convenient to install

3.Gravimetric material doser

• Shorten line start up time; reduce requirements on operator's skills
• Largely decrease pipe waste rate; Save unnecessary material consumption;
• Stable the pipe production process and improve the product quality consistency;

5. Die Head Moulds

• Special cross type die head for drip irrigation pipe making; made by high quality mould steel 40Cr, processed by imported CNC machine with high precision degree, such as MAZAK, OKUMA, TAKISAWA from Japan, GAFO, LITZ from Taiwan.
• Die moulds surface are chrome-painted, to reducing flow resistance, easy to clean and rust resistance

 

6. Vacuum Calibration Cooling Tank (6000mm)

• All material touched water is high quality stainless steel, even the support frame.
• Auto vacuum control system , Auto water inlet and outlet control;
• Detecting system included: Anti-rotating device,Tape broken detecting device, Air bubble     detecting device

• Calibrator Design: Three dimensional adjustment, ensuring the co-axiality

7. Haul Off Machine+ High Speed Punching Machine

• Two sets of punching system by Omron Servo motor driven: one is laser dripper detecting punching system for Non-PC dripper, one is mechanical detecting air drill punching system  
• The pulling machine can not only realize single control, but also can realize whole line sync                       control,closed loop with extruder & Water dripper press roller ,and with dependent Siemens PLC control system, multi-group roller pneumatic clamping, balanced force for haul off & clamping

8. Automatic double position coiler & Accumulator

• Special for NON-PC Dripper Flat Drip Irrigation Tape (0.15-0.6mm) (0.6-1.2mm)
• Bosch Rexroth Servo Traverse Unit Equipped
• Tension Controller to balance the pipe force
• Automatic Cutting the tape, Automatic Changing the roll.
