LDPE Lotion Pump Dip Tube Production Line

 This pipe production line is special designed to make small LDPE dip tube for lotion pump, size range 4-10mm, with production speed over 60m/min.

For a LDPE dip tube, the produced tube size accuracy is quite important. The pipe OD must be controlled within tolerance range.

To ensure the produced tube sizes accuracy, a sets of advanced control systems are used in this extrusion line, like high precision extrusion mould, gravimetric material dosing system, fully automatic vacuum control system, and online OD measuring etc.
