Two-cavity PP-R pipe production line
Self-designed and practically vertified high efficient extruder is applied in two-cavity and two layer PPR pipe production line. Different model extruders can be chosen as per two layers thickness ratio, achieving the high efficient and high speed extrusion and products diversity and flexibility.

Main features of the Two-cavity PP-R pipe production line:

1.High speed extruder adopts special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, which are our company independent design with completely independent intellectual property rights. This is the essential conditions of ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
2.Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manufactured by imported CNC machine, with a pressure balance distribution device
3.Creative pressure balance distribution technology is applied in the design of the two-cavity co-extrusion die head mold. Achieving the stability and balance of the melt pressure in each layer. This technology has effectively solved the uneven thickness problem in each layer, ensuring that the accuracy of the pipe size and layer thickness are perfectly controlled under any working condition.
4.The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design, which are very easy to operate and control.
5.It adopts original imported new generation PLC control system and Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
