Product Description

This 3 layers Round Drip Irrigation Pipe Machine, is used to produce round drip pipe with 3 layers.Its layers distribution: 10%(outer layer)+80%(middle layer)+10% (inner layer).New materials is for inner/outer layer, recycled raw materials was applicated for middle layer,which can largely reduce the materials cost,and also can get elegant inner/outer layer surface.

Haul-off and Winding Mahine 

(1) The Haul-off machine was equipped with ABB converter, with wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable, haul-off speed is synchronous with extruder rpm. 

(2) The winding machine was equipped with Siemsn servo traversing unit, for tidy and neat coiling , also with tension controller device to adjust the winding speed, separately controlled by Siemens PLC Control system. 

(3) For the high speed 100m/min, the automatic coiler machine will be equipped, with the function of auto winding, auto reel change, and auto cutting, auto strapping, auto coil unloading.
