Main features of the KAIDE PP-R pipe production line:
1. Equipped with a 5-stage single-screw extruder with a large length-to-diameter ratio dedicated to polyolefin, which effectively improves the plasticizing efficiency and plasticizing effect on the basis of the raw material screw structure. At the same time, the shear heat of the screw is reduced, which can meet high-speed production and reduce energy consumption. Up to now, our energy consumption per ton is below 300KWH.
2. Two or three co-extrusion die heads can be specially designed, with reasonable flow channels, smooth inner and outer walls of the pipe, and beautiful appearance
The production diameter range is 20-160mm, and the highest stable production speed is 30m/min when single pipe is produced, which is the first in China.
