Two Layer / Triple Layer Drip Irrigation Pipe Production Line
Drip irrigation Pipe Making Machine
This pipe production line is used to produce two layer or triple layer drip irrigation pipes, with two different extruders and co-extrusion technology.
The pipe structure can be A-B two layer type, inner inner layer is recycled material for saving production cost purpose. Or A-B-A three layer pipe structure with middle layer is recycled material.

1. Dripper sorting & inserting machine
- driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC system
- dripper space is adjustable, directly set on PLC, like 15cm, 20cm, 30cm, 50cm etc as production requirements
- dripper sorting disc made of high quality steel ;
- Auto feeder with dripper lack alarm
2. Extruder & Cross Die Head
- Extruder driven by AC motor; with ABB converter
- SIEMENS PLC control system, to sync control with dripper inserting speed and haul-off speed
- Special designed cross type die head; high quality mould steel 40Cr, which is processed by imported CNC machinery.
- Filter changer equipped for recycled material cleaning
3. Vacuum tank & Cooling tank
- made by high quality SS304
- high quality vacuum pump & water pump; Fully water immersion cooling, with water turbulent flow function.
- special design calibrator for drip pipe making
4. Perforating Machine
- drive by servo motor and servo controller, with high precision punching degree
- auto tracking dripper positon
- standard 2 holes punching; 4 holes punching or 6 holes punching can also make as per customer's requirements.
5. Haul-off Machine
- ABB converter
- Wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable
- Speed sync with extruder
6. Winding Machine
- servo type traversing device, driven by SIEMENS servo motor
- with tension control device to auto adjust winding speed
- separate SIEMENS PLC control system
- Coil length free setting;
- Auto stop protection function while sensor pipe end
- Laser printing coil size inforamtion, for operation convenience
