Double Strand PPR Water Pipe Production Line

This double strand PPR pipe line is newly developed based on our years experience, which speed can be up to 60m/min, with most advanced technology. The produced pipe size range is 20mm, 25mm, 32mm.
It can be designed as single layer type, with single extruder, or two layer structure, with two extruders.  
For PPR water pipe, those three sizes like 20mm are best selling sizes, with large quantity requirement, so the high speed production line is need to meet the production efficiency requirement.
However due to technology limit, the highest production speed of PPR pipe for one extrusion line is limited by technology and material characteristics, so two strand of PPR pipe line is developed.

1) Extruder: high efficient five-section type screw, ensuring the rapid plasticizing dispersion effect, and realizing the high speed production.
Single or Two extruders will be equipped as per produced pipe type, single or two layer type. Now two different layer type PPR pipes are more popular. The inner and outer layer material can be different.

2)Die head: Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manufactured by imported CNC machine, with a pressure balance distribution device, in order to ensure the precise control of double extruded pipes in any condition.
If two layer type, the extrusion runner will be designed as per each layer thickness ratio, to achieve perfect thickness distribution.

3) Vacuum calibrating & cooling tank, tractor, cutter: The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul-off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design, which are very easy to operate and control.
The vacuum degree is automatically controlled, to ensure produced pipe size qualified, and easy to operate and control.

4) Control system: SIEMENS PLC control system to ensure high precise & sync control of the while production line.
