The pexa/evoh pipe production line is used to manufacture three layers pexa/evoh pipe, the pipe diameter 16mm-32mm, the pipe is applied into the fields of floor heating system, for hot water transportation.
This machinery have been exported to lots of countries, such as Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Poland, Korea etc, the customer of China are Rifeng Pipe group, Junxing Pipe Group, Ritai Pipe Group, Mingze Pipe Group, ERA pipe group, Hongyue Pipe Group, Geroge Ficher China facory, etc.
The PEX-A/EVOH pipe is produced by Two Steps.
First step to produce the pex-a pipe first, second step is to coat the Oxygen Barrier EVOH layer by another separate line, as below process chart:

The advantages of PEX-A/EVOH Pipe
1. It is non-toxic, tasteless, hygienic, non corrosive, non breeding bacteria, not polluting water quality;
2. It can work stably at - 40 ~ 110 ° C, and the burst pressure can reach 6.0MPa.;
3. The thermal conductivity is as high as 0.35w/m.k. it is especially suitable for floor heating pipes and cold and hot water supply pipes.
4. Good thermal insulation performance, no scaling when conducting hot water, no frosting when conducting cold water;
5. Creep resistance, aging resistance, service life of more than 50 years.
6. The installation and maintenance cost is low, and the phenomenon of "blocking, emitting, dripping and leaking" is avoided.
7. It is resistant to chemical corrosion and can be used for petroleum, chemical and gas pipes.
