Glassfibre Reinforced PP-R Pipe Production Line

Two high-efficiency extruders respectively extrude the inner& outer PPR layer and the middle layer of PPR glass fiber. The unique screw structure design of KAIDE factory  can not only improve the extruder's  plasticizing effect, but also save energy by 20-30% when comparing with similar equipment.

PPR pipe features	Compared with common PPR pipes, this pipes have advantages, such as: high anti-compression strength, small temperature deformation, small vertical shrinkage rate, which completely solves the deformation problem of PP-R pipe while conveying hot water.
PPR pipe structure	Glass-fibre PP-R pipe is 3 layers composite pipe, inner and outer layer is PPR material, middle layer is PPR mixed with 15-20% glass fibre composite materials.
