Main features of the EVOH barrier pexb pipe making machine:
1.Special design& surface treatment screw and barrel according EVOH and PEXb raw materials processing properties.
2.EVOH is sticky, it cools quickly when cold, and the surface will be very hard. Then, it's very important to ensure each layer's thickness is extruded average. Othervise, the pipes will always bend to one side,high unqualified rate. KAIDE pipe die head achieve to control the layer precision ≤0.02mm.
3.5 extruder equipped. It's available to produce the EVOH/PEXb pipes with different inner/outer layer color
4.Gravimeter: reduce the machine starting time, meanwhile, reduce the pipe rejection rate. Preciously control the pipe weight per meter.
5.Intergrated all parts control on one Siemens PLC control screen, achieve the syncs control of extruder, gravimeter, hauler,ect. Easy learn and operating evene for new starters.
