1.The machine adopts special designed screw for HDPE, and silicon raw materials for producing 2 layers Duct pipes.
2.Using gravimetric dosing unit to precise control the pipe weight per meter.
3.Double layer HDPE pipe co-extrusion die head, which is produced with our high precision imported CNC working machine.
4.Reasonable die head runners design, ensure the pipe thickness and diemater is guaranteed.
5.Auto duct coiling, cutting, and reel changing. Auto pipe accumulator, prevent the pipe from laying on the ground and make it tidy.
