Product Description

PE-Xa EVOH, PE-Xa oxygen barrier, PE-Xa multi-layer composite pipe extrusion line is for coating PE-Xa pipes with oxygen barrier layer. This EVOH layer can sucessfully prevent the oxygen from infiltrating inside the pe--xa pipes.

PE-Xa evoh pipe is coextruded with 3 layer co-extrusion die head mould. Each layer thickness is even and with tolerance= 0.05mm.

PEXa/EVOH pipe machine producing process:
PE-Xa pipe uncoiler→hual off machine→pipe heating oven→co-extrusion die head→cooling tank→haul-off machine→automatic pipe winding machine→Siemens PLC integrated control system



Main features of the oxygen barrier pexa pipe making machine:
1)PE-Xa pipe releasing unit with damping device
2 )sets of heating ovens ensure the pipe is heated uniform, heating temperature is controlled intelligent.
3) Reasonable 2 layer co-extrusion die head mould with independently melt runners for glue and evoh layer. Each layer's thickness is even and with small tolerance ≤0.05mm
4)Special designed screw and extruding tools for evoh raw materials, which not only ensure the evoh can be extruded smoothly, but also easy for maintainence of the screw and extruding tools.
