Telecommunication PE Silicon Core Microduct Producton Line 

This Pipe machine is use to produce two layers duct PE pipe,called HDPE Micro-ducts, this kind of pipe is used in Telecommunication fields. Micro-ducts are the small, flexible, lightweight tube for the installation of fiber optical cables.

Production Speed can be up to 60-80m/min for 14/10mm duct. and 100-120m/min for 7/3.5mm duct.
A pipe accumuating system is equipped before the coiler, to provide a convenient buffering soltion for high speed duct coiling.

1) High efficient extruder with big L/D ration, to get better plasticizing effect, and ensure the high speed extrusion.
2)  High precision two layer-co-extrusion die head, manufactured with high quality mould steel. The tip and die mould surface is chrome-painted, which can enhance its hardness, easy to clear and long its life span.
3) Inner silicon layer surface can be designed smooth or ribbed type as per requirements.
3) Special designed vacuum tank for small size micor-duct making, with more stable vacuum degree. High quality stainless steel SS304 is used, and with special surface treatment is done to prevent the rust and corrosion.
4) Haul-off machine is driven by servo motor, with servo controller; and controlled by PLC system. The haul-off speed is sync controlled with extruder speed. 
Speed is up to 120m/min, speical design for this micro-duct making.
5) New generation pipe winding machine, with servo type traversing device, to coil the pipe at high speed and also nice arrangement.
A horizontable pipe accumulator is equipped before winding machine to provide a convenient buffering solution for the high speed coiling.
And the coiling speed is also automatically adjusted as per the accumotor conditions.
6)  Intelligent PLC control system, with remote machine fault diagnosis system
