High Speed 20-63mm HDPE Pipe Production Line
Below pipe production line is used to produce 20-63mm pipes, with production speed 30m/min for 20*2.0mm and extruder capacity 250kgs/h.
And a servo type PE pipe coiler is equiped for 20-63mm PE pipe coils making.
With little modification, one the same pipe production line, it can produce PPR water pipes also; speed also high at 20m/min for 20mm PPR water pipe.

1)Special designed high efficient five-section type screw and barrel, ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.
AC motor is controlled by ABB brand frequency converter; other electric elements are Schneider brand;
Instead of PLC control system, this line is equipped with Omron temperature controller, for easy operation and easy to maintenance if any problem.
Stanard line is controlled by SIEMENS PLC control system.
2)Spiral pressure-storage die head, ensuring the stability of high speed extrusion and produced pipe quality.
if produce HDPE pipe and PPR pipes together on the same line, separate die head for two different pipes are recommended, considering easy clearance of moulds.
3) servo motor driven blade cutting machine for small diameter HDPE/PPR pipe cutting, at high speed; and dustless saw cutting for 40-63mm diameter.
Two different cutting machine are designed as integraded, to save space.
4) Servo traversing type pipe coiler, double working position, is equipped, for 20-63mm HDPE pipe coiling. The coiling speed is up to 35m/min.
Driven by torque motor, with speed adjustable; and seprate control button.
and pipe stacker for straight pipes.
5)SIEMENS PLC programmable computer control system, which could ensure the whole line high-speed synchronous control and its stable & reliable running.
