Butt Welding Pert-Al-Pert/Pex al Pex /PE-Al-PE Pipe Making Machine
This line is butt welding Al-plastics pipe line, produce five layers butt weldingPEXB-Al-PEXB or PERT-AL-PERT pipe, which adopt argon arc welding. Inner layer pipe , glue layer, Al. layer, and outer coating layer are separate extrusion composition process ,ensuring the uniform wall thickness of each layer, high roundness and high quality welding effect . The maximum stable production speed is 30m/min , and production range from OD16mm to 75mm.

The material of forming reel use high quality mold steel with special treatment of chroming and tempering.
All the forming reels are processed by our own CNC machine, like Japan MAZAK, OKUMA, TAKISAWA and Taiwan GAFO, LITZ, which ensure the high precision of Aluminum pipe forming.

Adopt German EWM argon arc welding machine, welding current 5-550A. It has strong flexibility and adaptability, which produces arc continuously for 24 hours, and the diameter of the tungsten electrode is 3.2MM. It is stable and durable under high conditions and does not need to replace the tungsten electrode for 6 hours.
Dual welding gun switching, you can switch welding guns with one button, and the welding gun out of production will be powered off to ensure safe replacement of tungsten electrode.
Eddy current flaw detection system checks welding quality ,non-contact inspection of welds for abnormalities such as cold welds and holes. If such abnormalities occur, the welding gun can be automatically switched and the pipe position can be marked inside the program. The fly cutter at the rear will automatically cut off the defective pipe and discharge it to prevent waste pipes from flowing into the next process.
The aluminum pipe diameter reduction device uses a four-jaw synchronous chuck to adjust the locking of the four wheels, and all wheels are completely interchangeable.
The chuck can adjust the angle of the wheel set to ensure a uniform shrinking process.
Two sets of chucks reduce the diameter, making the size of the aluminum pipe evenly shrink to avoid wrinkles.
The Roundness calibration device adjusting the pulling deformation at different angles to ensure the roundness of the pipe surface.
