Features of HDPE microduct pipe extrusion line:
1. Extruder
1).2 high efficient Extruders are equipped, specially designed for HDPE layer and Silicon core layer. Not only improve the raw materials plasticizing and mixing effect, but also save the power comsumptions.
2) 3 or 4 stripe lines
3) Siemens PLC programmable system are equipped, Synchnoronous control the haul-off machines
4) High precision gravimetric dosing unit is equipped to control the pipe's weight per meter is constant.It can save raw material cost and save the machine starting time.

Co-extrusion die head
1)Moulds with Cr coating, increase the moulds using life, easy for cleaning,decreae the melt's flowing friction coefficient.
2)High precision die head and moulds, pipes diameter and thickness is ±0,1mm
3)Pipe surface is smooth, smoothly to pass the steel ball testing the optical fiber blowing test.
High efficient Gravimetric dosing unit
1)Closed-loop control system with extruder. It controlled by integrated PLC moulds with the whole production line.
2)It's equipped with mported weighting sensor from Switzerland and imported SMC pneumatic component from Japan. Make sure the pipe weight per meter is stable and ensure the pipe is with high quality in high speed producing process.
3)save 2-6% raw materials, meanwhile increase production capacity. Ensure there's lower raw material waste when Micro-duct extruding machine start up.
4)Easy control, decrease the operating difficulties for workers.
Vacuum tank and cooling tank
1) Stable water for calibrator

3)The unique vacuum cooling system ensures that the pipe is shaped and cooled during high-speed production while saving space in the workshop for customers.

Servo motor driving the wear-resistance belt, fast response speed, and the clamping force is balanced.
