PP soundproof pipes are made of 3 layers. Inner and outer layer with Polyputhylene raw material. Middle layer is mixed inorganic mineral filler+PP+ thermoplastic elastomer. This kind of raw material have the function of sound absorption and vibration buffering. It has a significant effect on reducing nosies. The pipes are widely used in residential building, offical building, embassy buidlings.
PP soundproof pipe making machine adopts 2 or 3 high efficiency extruders for extruding the 3 layers. High precision gravimeter dosing system equipped, not only save the machine's starting time, but also save raw material cost by 20-30%.

1) 3 extruders/ 2 extruders equipped for extruding inner&outer PP layer, and Middle PP sound absorbing layer.
2) Each layer thickness:1:8:1. The ratio can be customized.
3) 3 layers co-extrusion die head adopts self-patented pressure-storage structure, ensure the extruding process is stable even in high speed production.
4) Each layer's thickness can be adjusted without adjusting the extruding rotating speed online.
5) PLC computer system equipped, showing all producing parameters, alarming info, static digital accuracy control.
