High speed Silicane cross-linking PEXb pipe production line adopts the special spiral thrust angle cross-linking reaction screw. This screw can effectively control the preliminary grafting reaction of cross- linked raw material and control the fluid time of melting in the internal barrel, which makes the matierls neither excessive cross-linking nore insufficient grafting reaction, solving the industry difficulties of uneasy controlled corss-linking process and insufficient or excessive cross-linking

1. PEXb pipes are cross-llinking PE pipes,
2.Pipes with 16-32mm are mainly used as underfloor heating pipes or radiant floor heating pipes
3. Pipes with 6-15mm are mainly used as shower hoses.
Extruder:
1) Special designed screw and barrel for PEXb pipe raw material, ensure the raw material's will not preaction or insufficient reaction.

Die head
1) Reasonable die head structure emsure the stable melting pressure enen in high speed production of PEXb pipes.
2)The special designed die head can overcome the stress orientation of polymer molecular chain during the pipe formation and realize the constant pressure extrusion.
3)It effectively avoids the problem the excessive cross-linking owning to high pressure, and insufficient cross-linking due to low pressure.
Gravimeter System
High precise Gravimeter control system of is applied in this PE-RT pipe production line.
(1 )It is used for measuring & calculating and precise control of pipe weight per meter and its extrusion output, to realize the constancy of pipe weight.
(2) The application of this system can shorten the start-up time, improve the produced pipe quality, and save raw material.
Die head
(1)The specially designed spiral pressure-storage die head of this PE-RT pipe making machine effectively overcomes the instantaneous fluctuation of extrusion pressure,

Automatic Coiler
