PPR Glassfiber PPR Pipe Production Line
Below pipe production line is used to produced 3 layer PPR glassfiber PPR pipes. The machine technical configuration is different as per produced pipe diameter range, and production capacity.
For small diameter range like 20-63mm, there are several speed model for your option, like 15m/min with investment cost, and 28m/min with high production efficiency.
Produced pipe strucre are 3 layer A-B-A type, with two extruders and 3 layer coextrusion technology.

And 4 layer PPR glassifber PPR pipe with anti-UV layer coating machine is also provided. After normally PPR glassfiber pipes are produced, then coated a thin blak PE layer for anti-UV application, and also can better protection of inner PPR pipes.
1.High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced PPR material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion
2.the adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly, without adjusting extruder rotating speed.
3.High quality SS304 material is used for vaccum tank and cooling tank;
Special design vacuum tank with two chamber structure to get stable vacuum.
vacuum pump adopts full automatic closed-loop negative pressure regulation, constant vacuum nagative pressure to ensure the stabilit of pipe O.D, and reducing operator skills requirement and reducing energy consumption. And there would be alarm if over setting data.
4.Haul-off machine driven by servo motor, with faster reaction speed and better stablility
5.Servo motor driven type knift cutting machine for small diameter below 32mm. It can cut pipe at high speed to meet the line high speed production requirement. And diameter 40-63mm/40-110mm use dustless saw cutting machine.
The dustless cutting machine is controlled by SIEMENS PLC system.
6.SIMENS programmable PLC control system with big color touch screen; with remote control system. In case there is any problem on the machine, our engineer can analysis the problem here and solve the problem.
7. Gravimetric material doser system are strongly recommended. With below benefits:
